Awa [a; wa] is an ancient Japanese word with deep meaning. In the Hotsuma Tsutaye (an ancient Japanese text) it is a bridge between [a] the Spiritual and [wa] the Material world. Energy work accesses your inner aspect through your physical body, releasing blockages and harmonizing your whole energy field: physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and timewiselly. 

According to the Katakamuna, an ancient Japanese science script, Awa also means Femininity. Often femininity is seen as  the embrace of love and adapting, but it is also change and birthing: the source of creation. The Masculinity [Sanuki] is seen as the actions for the purpose, the phenomenon and the manifestation. When [a] is the beginning and [wa] is the end, there is a continuous spiral of exchange. We find these patterns of spirals everywhere in nature and our universe; they are key to the universal essence of creation.

We are often caught in the struggle of balancing dualistic concepts such as giving and receiving. Have we given enough? Have we received enough? But what if we shift our focus to a new way of thinking. Instead of struggling with this process we can relax and enjoy. By connecting to your love and allowing it to spiral around you, mental tightness softens and a new reality can open. A reality that grows from within and expands outward, increasing your Awa energy. The idea of "Spiralling Love" is so simple, yet has the ability to free your essence, goodness and beauty as it naturally transforms your actions. Truth is always simple! According to the Katakamuna, when Awa energy increases, Sanuki ensues stronger, like a black hole giving power to a spinning galaxy. We can also see this in sacred geometry such as the flower of life. Each circle not only connects in 2D but also in the 3 dimensional world; each one circulating and spiralling independantly, yet dynamically interwoven into unity with one another. 

Awa is a bridge and the Feminine; love as the source of creation. When you spiral your love, you energize yourself, expand your potential, and manifest your wishes.
